Today in Wiggins Class we made chatter boxes. The children carefully cut and folded their paper and wrote numbers and messages inside. Then we all played with them.
Fantastic news! Some children from Wiggins Class competed in a boccia competition today against five other schools from the town. We had never played before but having watched videos about the sport, we were excited to take part and experience something new. Each of the children improved their performance as the competition progressed through the morning and enjoyed the whole experience, finishing in second place! What a fabulous achievement for the children and school. Our children never fail to amaze us! We are now looking forward to the children training others across school in the art of boccia. Well done Wiggins Class!
